Hello!

I’m Andy, Director and Founder of Locksley Homes.

I’ve spent the last 16 years working across Property Management and Construction, having originally trained as a Building Services Engineer. Most recently, I’ve been leading businesses and acting as an independent consultant to the public and private sector.

I’m passionate about building homes that are designed with the customer in mind and helping people to realise the dream of home ownership. I’m seeking to use my personal and professional experience to simplify the purchase process and assist in navigating the market.

I live in South Gloucestershire with my wife and a few small animals. I play the drums and enjoy good food!

We believe that everyone should be able to own their own home, but the current market and practical barriers mean that this remains a dream for many people. Because demand for houses in the UK far outstrips supply, buyers hold little power, meaning people end up compromising on their dreams.

We strive towards a UK where everyone can own their own home; a home which not only meets their specific needs, but enables them to build and live their dreams. We are committed to setting aside some of our homes for those that need them, investing in the transformation of unused properties, and never settling for “one size fits all”.
